'Home of the First Roses Match'

The inaugural Roses cricket match between Lancashire and Yorkshire was staged at Whalley Cricket Club in 1867.

Nowadays the club runs three senior teams playing in The Ribblesdale Cricket League.

The club's junior section has expanded over the last few seasons. This season the club will operate five junior teams from under 9 to under 18.
